The exponential growth of E-sports events in recent years, have seen its transition from a niche gathering for gamers such as LAN parties and cyber cafés into a mainstream event involving multi-million sponsored e-sport teams, massive fan base, and dedicated videogame streaming platforms. Despite the pandemic-ridden age that has forced a change in lifestyle and social interaction, the gaming world has flourished in isolated environments. Sandbox E-Sports Stadium (SESA) seeks to provide an immersive and ubiquitous e-sport gaming venue for video gamers, e-sport fans and the general public, integrating characteristics of videogame environments into the architectural and urban design of the stadium.
